Job Description:
- Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end.
- Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support
Eligibility:
- Minimum HS pass and Freshers can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
- Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 months
- Customer orientation
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for the upcoming 3 months after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
System configuration:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- 8GB RAM
- Must have own Broadband/WIFI
- Processor I5 & above
- Power backup
- Noise cancellation USB headset
Interview Rounds:
- HR round – General check. – Video Call
- Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min)
- Operations round(System Check)
- PMAPS Test
- Versant 4 has to be cleared to proceed with further rounds of interview
- ECHO Assessment (Voice Interview) Video Call
