Job Description:

  • Providing support to our clients by troubleshooting, resolving software issues, and delivering solutions via a ticketing system
  • Providing analysis of client’s needs and evaluating the feasibility of their requirements
  • Owning the overall relationship with assigned customers which includes onboarding clients on the support model, increasing adoption by answering product questions, ensuring retention by resolving issues, managing client’s backlogs, and improving client satisfaction by monitoring and respecting clients SLAs
  • Developing advanced skills and knowledge in business, functional, and technical areas
  • Documenting and achieving work for future reference; maintaining a knowledge base
  • Reconfiguring the system based on clients’ requests
  • Liaising with the development team for client requests such as bespoke development or bug fixing
  • Prioritizing daily tasks
  • Working with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver effective customer support

Requirements:

  • Graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences/Economy/IT/Mathematics or relevant placement
  • Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English
  • Technically proficient, experience in diagnosing root causes, and ability of strong analytical, and problem-solving skills to problem solve
  • Experience with any programming language and SQL
  • Great communication and presentation skills, ability to adapt to all styles of people, constantly working on soft skills
  • Independence in work and decision-making and teamwork
  • Good time management and an ability to multi-task/balance parallel work streams
  • Previous experience implementing financial software solutions is a plus
  • Good to have skills: VB.net, VBA, JavaScript and .NET, C#
